Refer a Business

How it works

If you refer a business and its ownership to our firm and we become the business broker, when we sell that business you will receive a referral fee of 12% of the commission which we receive at closing. For example, if we sell a business and receive a commission of $500,000 at closing and you brought us the deal, your referral fee would be $60,000. Those funds would be wired to an account of your choice on the day of closing. Can pay a non-profit of your choice as well.

In addition to helping your family members or associates, this is an excellent way to generate an extra “bonus” for yourself or to create an ongoing revenue source from multiple referrals throughout the year.

TERMS

The business being referred is not already in contact with or is in the TW of NH Seller system.
The referral will be submitted to TW of NH via referral agreement and approved prior to the initial meeting.
The referrer has signed and submitted the referral agreement to TW of NH.
TW of NH has accepted the referral agreement and has returned a copy of said signed agreement to the person making referral.
