Refer a Business

How it works

If you complete a business referral form and submit it to our firm with the details of a business owner contact, we will act as the business broker for you. In this case, you will earn a referral fee of 12% of the commission we receive at closing when we successfully sell that business. For example, if we close a sale and earn a commission of $500,000, your referral fee for referring us would be $60,000. On the closing day, these funds will be wired to an account of your choice, and you have the option to donate it to a non-profit organization of your preference.

In addition to helping your family members or associates, this is an excellent way to generate an extra “bonus” for yourself or to create an ongoing revenue source from multiple referrals throughout the year.

TERMS

The business being referred is not already in contact with or is in the TW of NH Seller system.
The referral will be submitted to TW of NH via referral agreement and approved prior to the initial meeting.
The referrer has signed and submitted the referral agreement to TW of NH.
TW of NH has accepted the referral agreement and has returned a copy of said signed agreement to the person making referral.
